She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollin Boyer and Pauline Becker Boyer; and her husband Robert Engel (Bob). She is survived by: her sons, Michael Engel (Sue) of Aviston, Terry Engel of Beach City and Mark Engel (Terri) of Canton; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jefferey, Jennifer, Jaclyn, Elisabeth, Andrew and Aaron; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Landon, Hadley, Luci, Maddux, Reese, Josephine, Maverick, August and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to either the mission fund of Calvary Baptist Church of New Philadelphia or the Flourish fund of the Anglican Diocese of the Great Lakes.
