She was predeceased by: her husband Alex Lev; her son Larry Lev; and her brother Robert Brooks (Sylvia). She is survived by: her children, Howard Lev (Barbara), Fern Buchler (Dan) of Sarasota, FL, Martin Lev (Nancy) of West Palm, FL and Michael Lev of Mesa, AZ; her daughter-in-law Laura Lev; and her grandchildren, Cassie Collins (David), Carly Cantu (Roberto), Matthew Lev, Elissa Lev, Ariel Lev (Veronica) and Shoshannah Fast (Chad).
