He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; and his parents, Alex and Sylvia. He is survived by: his children, Marc Penn, Kimberly Novak and Stefanie Spear; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Cory, William, Brittany, Taylor (Ariel), Mitchell, Samantha and Zachary; his great grandchild Asher; and his brother Sigmund Penn (Phyllis).
