She was predeceased by : her siblings, Sidney Koblenz, Leonard Koblenz, Vivian Klepak and Mary Kantrowitz. She is survived by : her children, Bryan Swartz (Shira) of Naples and Pamela Levine (Alan) of Orange Village, Ohio.. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Those wishing to remember Reva in a special way may make a memorial contribution to Hadassah or the Yiddish Book Center 1021 West Street Amherst, MA 01002.
