He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Hranko and Anna Holley Hranko; and his siblings, Joseph and Lois. He is survived by : his wife Vonnie Snyder Hranko; his sons, Jim Hranko (Connie) of Beallsville and Terry Hranko (April Spatilson) of North Carolina; his brother Rodney Hranko (Mary Ann) of Powhatan Point; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Elwood), Chastitye, Rachelle (Louis), Ralphie (Sara) and Ashley (Richie); his great grandchildren, Michael (Crystal), Brey (Krista), Montanna, Jacob, Alyssia, Tyler, Donavan, Paige, Payton, Rylee, Joshalynn, Brantley, Woody, Dominick, Cayden and Jayden; his great great grandchildren, Hardyn and Dayton; and his pet Pebbles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.

John's family requests that in lieu of flowers and keepsakes, memorial contributions be made to an organization near to John's heart, American Legion Post #768, 52651 Broad Street, Beallsville, Ohio 43716.
