He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Gene "Crash" Randall, Linda Britton Randall Stanovich and James Cook; his stepfather Eugene "Shiney" Milhoan; his parents, Becky Randall of Beallsville, Ohio and Mike Louden of Beallsville, Ohio; his grandmother Evelyn Cook of Barnesville, Ohio; his children, Zoey Randall of Arizona, Rileigh Randall (Nick) of Bellaire, Jossalyn Randall of Powhatan Point and Charles Randall of Bath; his siblings, Clarissa Milhoan Manheim (Brandon) of Trumansburg, Christa Louden Sligar (Woody) of Beallsville, Gena Milhoan Saffell of Powhatan Point, Ohio, Tony Milhoan (Kim) of Malaga and Michael Louden, Jr. (Amy) of Beallsville, Ohio; his grandsons, Weston, Walker, Luke and Zander; and his pet Quinn.
