She is survived by: her mother Ruth Ann Brown; her husband Arthur Mullins; her daughter Alicia Gagnon (Matthew) of Columbus; her granddaughter Sarah Kaffenbarger (Martin) of Granville; and her daughter Angela Hudson (Charlie) of Wellston. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cox Burkett Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Tranquility Cemetery.
