It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence William Staley of Beaver, Ohio, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Waymen "Jim" Staley and Fannie Minervia Preece Staley; and his brothers, Elwood Staley and Dennis Staley (Earlene). He is survived by: his children, Chad Staley (Chasity) of Piketon, Courtney Swain (Fiance' Robert Spencer) of Beaver, Cody Whitman of Beaver, Travis Whitman of Beaver and C. J. Swain (Angel) of Beaver; his grandchildren, Caiden Robinson, Carson Staley, Brylon Staley, Addysen Staley, Carter Staley, Charlotte Swain, Emersyn Swain, Jack Swain, Shyla Swain and Tilly Spencer; and his siblings, Wayne Staley of Beaver, Lonnie Washburn of Beaver, Lasetta Watters (Eric) of Chillicothe and Janetta Hall (Richard) of Panama City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home (5856 Beaver Pike, Beaver, OH 45613). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
