She is survived by : her husband Otis Maynard; her children, Dianna Durham (Charles) of Jackson, Charlotte Blackburn (Ray) of Jackson, Charles Maynard (Muriel) of Beaver, Norman Maynard of Beaver, Greg Maynard of Piketon, James Maynard (Tonia) of Piketon and Deby Immel of Piketon; her brothers, Jack Jervis (Edith) of Wayne and William Jervis of Wayne; her sisters-in-law, Seay Jervis of Wayne and Mary Kathrine Jervis of Wayne; and her nephew Church. She is also survived by thirty six grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren.
