He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jett Blevins and Zelda Edwards Blevins; his daughter Cynthia Wyant; his grandson Brice Durant; his siblings, Jeff Blevins, Jay Blevins, James Blevins, Sylvester Blevins, Leslie Blevins, Shelbey Jean Blevins and Shirley Shaw; and the mother of his children Rita May Shreck.
He is survived by: his children, Serena Blevins Fields (Chris) of Beaver and Lonnie Blevins (Rhonda) of Piketon; his grandchildren, Brittany Wyant, Paige Wyant, Derrick Durant, Caleb Lee, Lamar Blevins, Alexander Wisecup and Shanelle Wisecup; and his sister Shelley Ann Brown (Danny) of Beaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
