It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelda Jo Francis of Beaver, Ohio, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Tarter and Neal Tarter; her husband Alonzo Maggard; her daughter Maria "Poggie" Maggard; and her siblings, Betty Flanagan, Sandra Cyfris, Ed Tarter and Roger Tarter.
She is survived by : her children, Lonzo (Tina Maggard), Chris (Melody Thompson), Robert (Whitney Maggard) and Darrell (Mindy Helton); her grandchildren, Brennon, Allison, Madison Maggard, Bailey, Kallie, Lucas Helton, Koleton Penwell, Riley, Seth Thompson, Alex, Bryan Robinson, McKenna, Ethan Brooker, Maddie, Cooper Maggard, Ethan Bolt and Taylor Francis; her great grandchildren, Brexley, Anders Robinson, Kaiden Leeth and Knox Thompson; and her siblings, Chuck (Vickie Tarter), Wade Tarter of Elizabethtown and Judy (Phillip Garcia).
