She was predeceased by : her brother Chad Disbennett; her grandparents, Chester, Patricia Eveland and Jake Disbennett; and her stepfather Tim Cramblit.

She is survived by : her parents, Kevin Disbennett and Robin Eveland Cramblit; her husband Jimmy; her children, Johnathan, Taylar, Trevor, Lincoln and Kyus Stevens; her brother Ryan Disbennett (Katie); her parents-in-law, Jim and Mary Stevens; her brothers-in-law, Tim and Kevin Stevens; her nieces and nephews, Corey, Triton, Axton, Atlas, Everest, Brianna, Majel, Isabell, Mariana and Olivia; and her grandmother Mary Disbennett. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
