She is survived by: her friends, Donnie Burns, Vernada Davis, Laura Dillon, Marilynn Patterson and Marian Sessor; her children, Jeffrey Doggett (Denise) and Jennifer La Point (Eric) of Maryland; her grandson Christopher La Point; her brothers, Wayne Owens (Barbara) and Rolland Owens (Betty); and her sisters-in-law, Byrdie Owens and Catherine Owens Mike. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
