He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Slagle; his parents, Willis E. Slagle and Dorothy E. Slagle; and his sibling Noel A. Slagle (Martha Jean). He is survived by: his nieces, Carolyn Blackwell (Jack), Donna Vasco (Albert), Linda Uhle (Bob), Penny Hungerford (Robert), Sheri Alexander (Norman), Debbie Bauck (Frank) and Patty Rogers (Simon).
