She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Phillips; her parents, Felix Cichocki and Mary Cichocki; and her sister Angeline Bender (Charles). She is survived by: her children, Eileen Cataldo (Patrick), Mark Phillips (Terri) and Susan Balkovec-McFeely.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Busch Romito Funeral Home - Bedford (521 Broadway Ave, Bedford, OH 44146). A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (340 Union St, Bedford, OH 44146).
