He was predeceased by: his mother Daisy Lee Banks-Alexander; his siblings, Riva Webb and Bobby Davis Alexander; and his nephew Morris J. Fields. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Banks; his brother James Alexander; his sons, Curtis Banks and Michael J. Fields; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Victoria, Michael, Maurice, Anthony, Tre and Micayla; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Monica and Ava.
