He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ethel and Otis Jr.; his siblings, Kathy Pontious (Joe) and Garland Gilbert; his daughter Megan Klemens (Adam); his grandchildren, Annalynn and Maxwell; and his niece Jessica Petecca (Niklis).
