He is survived by: his wife Debra; his siblings, Karen Smith (Lee), Donna Clinton (Patrick), Beverly Majerczak (Danny) and Lisa Tramsak (Bernard Knez); his nieces and nephews, Kelly Smith-Whitworth, Kimberly Tramsak (Roy Kolat) and Daniel Smith; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jake, Addie Whitworth, Alyssa Knight, Roy and Tara Kolat; and his uncle Richard Mott.
