He was loved and cherished by many people including : his child Stacy Lynn Atkins (Dale Hallman); his parents, Helen Rutherford and John Allen Rutherford; and his siblings, Timothy Rutherford (Val), Brian Rutherford (Kathy), Cathleen Podojil (Michael) and Sandra Crevar (Michael).
