He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Brooks and Mary Brooks; his wife Theresa; his stepson Kevin Sims; his siblings, Marvin Brooks (Barbara) and Gail Brooks Tubbs; and his stepdaughters, Kimberly Silas (Roland) and Kelli Riggs (Blake). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, friends.
