He is survived by: his spouse Emmie of Virginia; his children, Kim Monique Jackson, María Antoinette Hisey (Ernest Lee, Jr.), Danielle Nicole Edwards and Micah Steven Mitchell (Diane Palevka); his siblings, Melvin of New York, NY. and Pauline Saunders of Baltimore; his grandchildren, Charles Lloyd Hisey, Colin Hisey, Candace Hisey and Aamina Isabella Woody; and his great grandchild Riker Lee Hisey.
