“Ricky wasn't a good neighbor. He was an incredibly GREAT neighbor. He was the cornerstone of the reason I would tell people that I lived in a great neighborhood. Even in his advanced illness, he would ask me if I needed help. The thing that I most admired about Ricky was his work ethic. He was always working on a project; to the point that I felt ashamed that I didn't do more. He will be in my memories and sadly missed. Rick Bleiweiss”
