He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Hornyak and John Hornyak; and his brother-in-law Harold Schwender. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hornyak; his daughters, Amber Blanchard (Brian) and Autumn Leach (Christopher); his grandchildren, Justin, Jack Blanchard, Brody and Amelia Leach; and his sisters, Dana Campbell (Roger) and Monica Schwender. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces/nephews, and lifelong friends.
