Barbara leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barbara’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark White and Esther White (Anderson); and her daughter Tonya Frye. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Smith of Bellaire and Tom Frye of Bellaire; her granddaughters, Tara Dodds (Ryan) of Shadyside and Tia Larry (Eric) of Bellaire; and her great grandchildren, Aubriel, Taryn Dodds and Weston Larry. She is also survived by four siblings.
