She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Damon and Phyliss Burgy (Gray); her husband Thomas L. Shunk; and her son Robert Michael Violet. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Violet (Karen) of St. Clairsville and Geoffery Violet (Joanna) of Bellaire; her sisters, Rose McFarland and Debbie Burgy; her grandchildren, Chelsey Violet, Devin Violet, Madison Violet and Jace Violet; and her great grandchildren, Audrionna, Bentley, Kynlee and Elijah.
