He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Melko and Dolores Melko; his brother Scott Melko; and his brother-in-law Jerry Bower. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Melko; his children, Chaz Melko (Alexia), Robbie Melko (Paris), Kayne Melko (Leslie), Kory Melko (Jaleesa) and Kollin Melko (Alana); his siblings, Becky Bower, Vicki Bondeleske (Jim), Judy Hays (Okey), Terri Schindler (Tony), Cathy Mozena (Neal), Traci Melko, Kelly Melko-Johnson and Randy Melko (Diane); his sister-in-law Monica Melko; and his mother-in-law Ernestine Snodgrass.
