She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lish and Margaret Lish (Flanagan); her children, Jeffrey Green, Thomas "BoBo" Green and Jeannie Hepburn; and her siblings, John, Frank, Jim, Less, Van, Marian, Rose, Pauline, Anna, Peggy and Virginia.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Smith; her daughters, Tammy Tedeschi of Bellaire and Rose Yourkovic of Bellaire; and her grandchildren, Nick Green of Bellaire, Rockie Hepburn of Bellaire, Michael Tedeschi (Tiff) of Yorkville, Michelle Tedeschi (Tim) of Colerain, Brandi Leasure (Trevor) of Bellaire, Touche' Smith (Ryan) of Bellaire, Dustin Hepburn (Holly) of West Bellaire and Missy Ochsner (Troy) of Bellaire. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
