She is survived by: her children, Paul D. Rice, Jr. and Vickie Charlton; her daughter-in-law Tere Hamby; her grandchildren, Kathleen Cain and Shasta Stuckey; and her siblings, George Hails and Gerrie Ledger. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
