It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul V. Kartman of Bellaire, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kartman and Florence Witmer Kartman; his siblings, Carol Seibega and Amos Karkowski; his great grandchild Dylan Johnston; and his former wife Patricia Silver Kartman.

He is survived by: his children, Paul V. Kartman, Jr. of Bellaire, Richard Kartman of Jacobsburg, OH and Christina Kartman of Martins Ferry, OH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Belmont County Hoof and Paw.
