He is survived by: his children, Dee Ann Staggers (Don) of Weirton, WV, Dawn Wooden of Delaware, Dacy Cavicchia of Wheeling, WV and Rick Cavicchia II (Amy) of Dillonvale, OH.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
