He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Daniel Thuring Senior and Rilla Mae Thuring (Yates). He is survived by: his son Zachary Thuring (Kenneth John Lim) of Orlando Florida; and his wife Connie Thuring (Queen) of Shadyside Ohio.
Flowers may be sent to the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home in Shadyside Ohio; or in lieu flowers, donations may be made in his name to the OR & W Fire District #9 Station 35 or Lincoln Avenue Methodist Church school lunch fund.
