He is survived by: his wife Maria J. Bell-Hatcher of Bellaire; his daughter Denise Hatcher of Mingo Junction; his stepchildren, Rachelle Curfman (Doug) of Moundsville, WV and Christopher Bell (Heidi) of Wheeling, WV; his sisters, Pam Bucey of Brilliant, OH and Judy Foley; and his brother-in-law Lynn Steele (Judy) of Bellaire. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
