He is survived by: his father Brad Phillips, Sr. (Pam); his brother Michael Bishop (Amanda); and his cousins, Les, Brian, Angie, Latina, Jenny, Sherry, Diane, Terry, Tracy, Troy, Bobby, Kelly and Josh.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oakcreek Worship Center (4800 Bigger Rd, Kettering, OH 45440). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Miami Valley Memory Gardens (1639 E Lytle 5 Points Rd, Centerville, OH 45458).
