He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Blair; his son Jim; his daughter-in-law Shannon Blair; and his granddaughter Piper Blair.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home (5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429).
