She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray A. Creager and Viola May Creager (Driver); and her siblings, Ron Creager, Vera Fudge, Doris Spurr and Tom Creager.
She is survived by: her husband David F. Smith of Bellbrook, OH; her children, Samuel Koehler of Tipp City, OH, Dana Shaver (Robert) of Loveland, OH, Julia Cromwell (Matt) of Troy, OH and Grace Smith-Heit (Michael) of Beavercreek, OH; and her siblings, Kay Hoops of Centerville, OH, Sandra Renner (Phil) of Eaton, OH, Edith Biser of Union City, IN, Jerald Creager (Linda) of Eaton, OH and Darlene Dane (Phil) of Eaton, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
