He is survived by: his wife Beth Purdom; his sons, Shawn Purdom, Brian Purdom and Dan Elmeier (Vivian); his grandsons, Eli and Bryce Elmeier; his brother Tom Gultice (Sharon); and his nieces, Amy Gultice (John), Robin Berry (Brad) and Greta Gultice (Ken). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
