He was predeceased by : his father James Rush; and his brother Jeff Rush. He is survived by : his mother Zondra Rush; his brothers, Scott Rush (Ann) and Brad Rush; his aunt Judy Dyal; his nephews, Austin, Dakota and Eric; and his niece Kristen.
