He is survived by : his parents, Larry Vacek and Kathleen Vacek; his sister Rachel Vacek Lamoureux (Rob); his aunts and uncles, Margaret Schrimpf (Jim), Mary Vetter (Tom), Will Duvall (Paula), Betty Vacek (Richard) and Kenneth Vacek (Rose); and his pet Kevin. He is also survived by cousins as well as many very dear friends.
