He is survived by: his children, Andrew Howard of Lima, Benjamin Howard (Amber) of Belle Center and Sarah Howard-Kidd (Kevin) of Kenton; his grandchildren, Destiny, Bravon, Kevlyn and Lucas; and his sister Terry Stigler.
