He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Harrison and Enola Mae Kelley (Bunn); his wife Dorothy Eileen Kelley (Lay); his daughter Terrie Ann Wilson; his sisters, Joyce (Guy Davis), Maralyn (Bob Bobenmoyer) and Joan (Earle Mertz); his brother-in-law Larry Munch; his brother Howard; and his sister-in-law Diane Kelley.
He is survived by: his sister Karen K. Munch of Auburn, Pennsylvania; his son Rex Kelley (Ginger) of Wharton, Ohio; his son-in-law Brent Wilson of Kenton, Ohio; his stepchildren, Randie Pfister (Chris) of Lima, Ohio and Rick Cox (Lisa) of Ridgeway, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brandi Rowe (Jim), Kelli Jo Byers, Tara Wilson, Lacie Crofut (Kevin), Tammy Carpenter, Rex Kelley, Jr. (Shelli), Danielle Foster (Corey), Jonathan Pfister (Julie), Jessica Brackman (Matt) and Heather Struble (Mike); his great grandchildren, Derek, Miranda Rowe, Bailey Totten, Freya Wallace, Ashley Landon, Zachery, Bethany Crofut, Lauren Cognetti, Jayla, Rhyan Kelley, Zoey Foster, Jaelyn, Jakoby Pfister, Avery, Lane Brackman, Parker and Zella Struble; and his great great grandchild Paxton Risner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Fairview Cemetery - Belle Center (9583 Township Rd 107, Belle Center, OH 43310).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
