He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi W. Blair and Lois Jean Blair (Miller); and his wife Mary Ann Blair (Lillard). He is survived by: his children, Greg Blair (Tami) of West Mansfield and Charla Blair (Chris Bair) of Belle Center; and his brother Charles "Ed" Blair (Deborah) of Zanesfield. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
