It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert C. Westfall of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Wiltsie Westfall and Inez Westfall; his wife Carol Osborne; and his siblings, Chester, Calvin, Elnora Fedorchuk and Geressa Mills.

He is survived by : his daughter Diana Collins (Mark) of East Liberty; and his grandchildren, Ryan Collins (Laura) of Piqua and Nikki Carpenter (Hank) of East Liberty.
