He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex P. Kasuga and Rose Kasuga (Artino); and his sisters, Peggy and Shari Kasuga. He is survived by: his daughters, Delane Sloan of West Milton and Lisa Sachs of Millbury, Ohio; and his aunt Nancy Barrett. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
