He was predeceased by : his parents, Chuck Monteith and Shirley Monteith (Fox); and his brother Rob Monteith. He is survived by : his wife Michelle; his son Carson Monteith; his stepdaughter Tasha Ruble; his grandchildren, Bexley, Mila and Vallie Ruble; and his sisters, Gretchen Houchin and Marta Monteith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
