He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Godfrey and Gladys Godfrey (Fannin). He is survived by: his wife Debra Godfrey (Hilton); his children, Ki Griffo (Jon) and Kane Godfrey (Carrie); his stepson Jack Cunningham; his grandchildren, Knox, Finley, Baylor, Collins, Gatlin and Greylan; and his siblings, Mary Brandel, Marcia Foulkes (John) and Scott Sheldon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
