It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mindi Munz of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert "Butch" Munz and Billie J. Munz; and her sister Kristen. She is survived by : her sister Molli M. Munz (Amy); her niece Maci Munz; her nephew Maverick Munz; and her aunts, Bonnie Vermillion and Carola Munz.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorial contributions to be made in Mindi's memory to Universal Home Health & Hospice, 921 Rush Avenue, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311.
