Horney (Jeff) of Bellefontaine and Jason B. Smith (Erin) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Tingley (Brent), Kayla Horney and Keaton Horney; and her sisters, Pam Johnson (Bob) of Illinois and Dawn Rogers (Tom) of Texas. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
