He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Howe (S. Navy) and Geraldine Howe (Whiten); and his brother James D. Howe. He is survived by: his daughters, Morgan Harris (Donald) and Mary Howe; his grandchildren, Samantha Howe-Niswonger, Aubrey Harris, Sophia Harris, Aiden Davie, Weston Howe and Scarlett Rice; his brother Guy Howe (Sunny); and his nieces and nephews, Alyson, Sarah, Crystal and Amber.
