He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Allen and Dorothy Elizabeth Chapman (Harshbarger); and his brothers, Donald Chapman and James Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lynne Winger; his sons, Steven Russell Chapman (Cindy), Wayne Chapman (Tamra) and Bob Chapman (Joanna); his grandchildren, Bobby, Jackie, Kaitlynne, Brooke, Billy and Joe; and his great grandchild Isabelle Chapman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
