Alice Zechman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice Zechman of Bellevue, Ohio, who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice Zechman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Gottschall and Hannah Gottschall; her husband Gaylord Zechman; her sister Lois Smith (Dolly); her son-in-law Dean Decker; and her nephew Craig Smith.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Decker; her grandsons, Brian Decker (Emily) of Bellevue and Aaron Decker (Sarah) of Lindsey; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Jackson, Yardley, Abigail and Samuel.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bellevue City Cemetery.

Memorial contributions to honor Alice's memory may be directed to the Bellevue Public Library, 224 E. Main Street, Bellevue, OH 44811 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
